摘要
本文对某余热回收器产品套管,采用镍丝缠绕固定隔热层的工艺过程进行了深入研究,确定出了手工缠丝存在的问题和难点,设计出了一种新型镍丝缠绕装置,并根据实际应用情况,对该装置进行了改进,进而提高了缠丝质量,保证了生产周期。
In this paper, it was deeply studied that the technological process of the fixed thermal insulation layer of the casing of a waste heat recovery, determined the problems and difficulties in the manual winding, designed a new type of the nickel wire winding device, and according to the practical application, the device was improved, thus, improved the quality of winding and ensured the production cycle.
