摘要
本文通过大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了设备法兰与椭圆形封头连接的三维有限元模型,不考虑循环的温度差对疲劳强度的影响,仅考虑内压力波动的影响,对设备法兰在一次加载的强度和在循环载荷作用的疲劳强度进行了评定。
This article build a 3 - D FE model of equipment flange with ellipsoidal head using finite element software ANSYS. The strength of flange at steady load, and fatigue strength at cyclic load is performed considering the internal pressure wave only, rather than thermal difference effect.
