摘要
随着鲁南高速铁路前期工作的推进,引入日照地区方案成为制约项目决策的控制性问题。在阐述日照地区既有及在建铁路概况及运量的基础上,通过对日照地区车站分工、通道能力分析,提出鲁南高速铁路在日照地区3个引入方案,从城市规划、能力需求、工程投资和实施难度等方面进行比选,确定奎山镇站接引方案最为经济、合理,并提出保障措施及建议,为鲁南高速铁路引入日照地区方案决策提供参考。
With the promotion of previous works of Lunan(Rizhao-Kaifeng) high-speed railway, the program of introducing the railway into Rizhao area becomes the key problem of restricting the project decision-making. On the basis of expounding the general situation and the traffic volume of existing railways and railway under construction in Rizhao area, through analyzing station works division and passing capacity in Rizhao area, this paper puts forward three programs of introducing Lunan high-speed railway into Rizhao area, makes comparison on the aspects of city plan, capacity demand, project investment and implementation difficulties, and determines that the program of introducing the railway into Kuishanzhen Station is the most economical and rational one. The paper also puts forward the guarantee measures and suggestions to provide reference for the program of introducing Lunan high-speed railway into Rizhao area.
