摘要
为了使地面工作人员能够实时监控机车在途运行状况,为机车的安全、可靠及高效运行提供重要保障,有必要建立一套机车在途信息监控系统。通过分析机车在途信息监控系统的需求和功能架构,提出机车在途信息监控系统由车载设备、通信服务器、地面终端组成,并且从通信服务器的设计和机车定位功能的实现2个方面阐述系统实现的关键技术。
In order to make sure the real-time monitoring of locomotive operation status in transit by staff, and to provide important guarantee for safe, reliable and efficient operation of locomotives, it is necessary to establish a set of locomotive in-transit information monitoring system. Through analyzing the demand and the function framework of the system, this paper puts forward the system, which is composed with on-board equipment, communication server and ground terminal group, and expounds the key technologies of realizing the system from two aspects, which are design of communication server and realization of locomotive locating function.
