日本铁路集装箱运输发展现状及其分析

Development Status and Analysis of Railway Container Transportation in Japan

铁路货物运输是日本社会物流体系的重要组成部分,集装箱运输是日本铁路货物运输的主要方式。在阐述日本铁路集装箱运输主体构成,以及集装箱运输网络、运输设备、集装箱货物品类与运价、运输组织、信息技术、宏观政策等的基础上,提出日本铁路集装箱具有箱体选择中型化、适箱货物全面化、装卸设备轻量化、运输组织简便化、运价政策灵活化、信息提供公开化、客户服务主动化的发展特点,为我国铁路集装箱运输发展提供借鉴。

Railway freight transportation is an important part of Japanese social logistics system, and container transportation is the main way of railway freight transportation in Japan. On the basis of expounding composition of railway container transportation system in Japan, as well as container transportation network, transport equipment, container goods categories and tariff, transport organization, information technologies and macro-policies, this paper puts forward the development characteristics of Japanese railway containers, including the middle-sized container selection, full range of container cargo, light weight of handing equipment, simplicity of transport organization, flexibility of tariff policy, openness of information provision and initiative of customer service, so as to provide reference for the development of railway container transportation in China.
