摘要
企业的各类异质性对企业创新行为差异性的塑造具有决定性的作用,其中尤以企业规模大小和规模化经营水平对整体创新行为的影响最为显著,蕴含着一系列规律性特质。文章基于江苏省大量企业调查数据,构建企业创新行为模式"1—3—3(4)—1"逻辑框架,吸收借鉴心理学"自律行为理论",将规模异质性作为企业创新行为控制因素,以独特的理论视阈整合进"企业创新行为模式"分析框架;从企业创新行为的控制因素(企业异质性)、驱动因素(创新的主导、引领和支撑)、主体要素(创新的内容、形式和程度)、目标和成效(创新的绩效)这四大方面,探寻规模异质性下制造业企业创新行为模式的差异性规律,总结与制造业企业规模呈U型关系、倒U型关系和正相关的各类创新行为要素,并提出相应的对策建议。
All kinds of heterogeneity of manufacturing enterprises has a decisive role on shaping the difference of enterprise innovation behavior, especially in manufacturing enterprises size layout and scale management level most significantly impact on innovation behavior, which contains the most obvious laws of nature. Based on survey data of a large number of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu province, this essay constructs the logical framework on the analysis of the enterprise innovation behavior pattern of "1-3-3(4)-1", absorbing the psychology of "self-discipline" theory, taking the sale heterogeneity of enterprise innovation behavior as the control factor, which is integrated into the "enterprise innovation behavior" analysis framework as the unique theoretical visual control factors of enterprise innovation behavior, driving factors, the main elements, target and results-from the above four factors, this essay explores the law of differences in manufacturing industry enterprise innovation behavior under the scale heterogeneity, summarizes all kinds of innovative behavior factors of positive, anti, U type and inverted U type related to manufacturing enterprises, so that to put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
