摘要
在农村转移劳动力的市民化进程中,职业黏着有助于劳动力获得职业成长,是市民化成长的重要保障。基于江苏省的1014份有效问卷,通过构建二元Logistic模型对影响当前农村转移劳动力市民化进程中职业黏着的驱动因素进行分析。结果表明:在个体特征影响驱动因素中,农村转移劳动力职业黏着受到劳动力的性别、学历、家庭随迁情况和是否承担管理岗因素影响;在劳动力主体内在驱动因素中,职业黏着受到劳动力参加继续教育情况和岗位满意影响;在劳动力市民化环境外在驱动因素中,职业黏着受到劳动力企业内社团参与、工友关系、城市宽容以及城市生活压力感受等因素影响。
Occupational adherence is essential factor for career development of rural transferring labor force. This paper constructs binary Logistic model for analyzing the driving factors of occupational adherence for rural transferring labor force on the background of citizenization based on 1014 valid questionnaire survey data from rural labor force in the 3 municipalities from Jiangsu province. The results show that among the driving factors of individual characteristics, occupational adherence associates with gender, educational background, condition of family transferring and situation of position; among the inner driving factors, situation of further educa-tion and job satisfaction will positively influence the occupational adherence; among outer driving factors, group participation in facto-ries,relationship between co-workers, feeling of city of tolerance and city stress has certain effects towards occupational adherence.
