由于现有的油田化学剂标准存在名称混乱、指标设置不合理、无安全环保提示等问题,给用户及企业管理带来了一定的困难。通过调研国内外认证认可制度对标准的选用,分析了油田化学剂产品质量认证涉及标准的现状,结合油田化学剂产品质量认证多年工作经验,阐述了管理部门针对这些问题提出的规范产品名称、强化技术指标设置等解决方案或建议,以提高石油天然气行业油田化学剂产品质量和标准水平、优化产品质量认证效力。

Due to the problems existing in the standards for oilfield chemicals, such as confusion of names, unreasonable index setting, no indicators in safety and environmental protection, etc., this has brought some difficulties to users and enterprise management. The actuality of the standards related to the quality certification of oilfield chemicals was analyzed through the investigation of the selection of standards in the domestic and international certification and accreditation systems, and combined with years of the authors＂ work experience in the quality certification of oilfield chemicals, the solutions or suggestions of the management department on the standardization of the name and the technical index setting up of oilfield chemical products were expounded, in order to improve the quality of oilfield chemicals and the related standards, and to optimize the effectiveness of product quality certification.
