为提升经济效益,增加企业竞争能力,中国石油庆阳石化公司开展了370×104t/a炼油加工能力审核认定工作。在原油加工能力审核认定过程中,总结出了一套完整的炼化企业炼油加工能力合法化的方法,并在确保安全、环保、质量的基础上,合法合规地提高企业加工能力,充分挖掘和发挥生产装置效能,对提升企业经济效益具有潜在的应用价值。

The audit and cognizance of 370 ×10^4 t/a oil refining capacity of CNPC Qingyang Petrochemical Company was carried out in order to improve the economic benefit and competitiveness of the enterprise. A set of method to make the production capacity of refinery enterprises legalize was summed up in the audit and cognizance process. It is of potential value to legally improve the processing capacity of enterprises, to fully exploit and exert the efficiency of production unit, and to improve the economic benefits of enterprises on the basis of ensuring production safety, environmental protection and product quality.
