摘要
湖南在"一带一路"战略中是连接长江经济带的重要节点地区。对湖南省来说,如何抓住机遇,从"一带一路"战略来切入,是值得思考的宏大命题。但目前针对这些问题的研究成果还比较少。本文就是对湖南省面临的发展困境和化解思路进行较为深入地研究,从顶层设计、规划引领、区域统筹、互联互通、平台打造、人才战略人文环境等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
Hunan is an important node in the Yangtze River Economic Zone in the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy. How to seize the opportunity and start from the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy are grand issues worth thinking. But at present, there are few research results on these issues. This paper makes a more in-depth study of the development predicament and its solution in Hunan Province and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
