摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,我国的社会岗位分化也在加快,如今的技术结构渐渐地更加趋向综合型,所以当今社会急需技术综合型的人才,这种综合型人才不但要掌握一门专业技能,而且还需要具有较高的人文素质,但是高职院校在对学生人文素养的提升方面做得不太周全,使高职学生的人文素养较低。本文针对高职学生人文素养的实践探索中遇到的问题,从合理设置人文素养课程;教师改变传统教学方式;完善实践教学系统;更新高职学生的教学评价体系等四个方面提出了高职学生人文素养的发展变革途径。
With the rapid development of science and technology, social position division in China is also accelerating. Now the technology structure gradually tend to be more comprehensive, so the society needs comprehensive talents, and this comprehensive talents not only master a professional skill, but also have higher humanistic quality. However, the higher vocational colleges have not done well in the promotion of the students' humanistic quality, which makes the humanistic quality of the students of Higher Vocational Colleges lower. Aiming at the problems encountered in the practice of higher vocational students' humanistic quality, this paper puts forward the reform and development of higher vocational students' humanistic quality in the following four aspects: the teachers should reasonably set up courses of humanistic quality, change the traditional teaching methods, improve the practice teaching system, and update the teaching evaluation system.
