摘要
探讨高校毕业生就业质量如何受职业决策自我效能和职业期望的影响。对来自苏州、无锡、常州的408名高校毕业生施测就业质量问卷、职业期望量表、职业决策自我效能量表。结果发现:(1)相关分析结果显示职业决策自我效能、职业期望和高校毕业生的就业质量显著正相关。(2)回归分析结果显示,职业期望在职业决策自我效能和就业质量之间起部分中介作用。结论:职业决策自我效能不仅能直接对就业质量产生影响,更可以通过职业期望对就业质量产生影响。
To investigate the relationship of college graduates' employment quality, career decision making self-efficacy and career expectancy, 408 college graduates from Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou were selected to fill in the Employ- ment Quality Questionnaire, Career Expectation Scale and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale (CDMSE). We found that ( 1 ) Correlation analysis shows that there is significant positive correlation between career decision- making self-efficacy, career expectation and employment quality of college graduates. (2) The result of regression analysis shows that career expectation plays an intermediary rolebetween career decision-making self-efficacy and employment quality. Conclusion : Career decision-making self-efficacy can not only directly affect the quality of employment, but also can influence the quality of employment through career expectation.
