摘要
347系列不锈钢材料和N08825镍基合金焊接性差异较大,焊接具有一定难度。通过焊接工艺评定论述了TP347与N08825管对接全位置GTAW焊接工艺要领和焊接参数,为焊接同类异种材料提供了参考。
There is a great difference on the weldability between 347 series stainless steel material and N08825 nickel base alloy,and there is a certain difficulty for welding. The main points and the welding parameters of all-position GTAW welding process for TP347 and N08825 pipe butt have been discussed by means of welding procedure qualification,so as to provide a reference for other dissimilar material welding.
