摘要
为揭示枯草芽孢杆菌菌株HAS对甘蔗黑穗病菌抑制作用的机理,选取对多种病原真菌有抑制作用的几丁质酶进行克隆与分析。结果表明:菌株HAS基因组中含有1个ORF全长834bp的几丁质酶编码序列,其具有编码278个氨基酸的几丁质酶蛋白,该序列同GenBank上登录的几丁质酶蛋白(Bacillus subtilis subsp.subtilis str.168)(ref|NP_390566.1)的同源性最高,达98%。推测该几丁质酶在菌株HAS抑制甘蔗黑穗病菌过程中可能起关键作用。
The chitinase with an inhibition effect on various pathogenic fungi was cloned and analyzed to reveal the inhibition mechanism of B. subtilis HAS against sugarcane S. scitarninea. Results: The genome of HAS strain contains a chitinase coding sequence with 834 bp and the chitinase coding sequence has chitinase protein with 278 animo acids. The homology between the chitinase coding sequence and B. subtilis subsp, subtilis str. 168)(refl NP_390566. 1)listed in GenBank is up to 98%. In conclusion, the chitinase in B. subtilis HAS strain may play a vital role to inhibit sugarcane S. scitaminea.
