摘要
感应淬火用于曲轴类零件强化工序已很成熟,但在小排量发动机球铁曲轴圆角强化领域还是空白。基于简化生产流程、提高产品质量、降低制造成本考虑,上海大众动力总成近年已成功地将感应淬火工艺替代机械滚压,用于强化工序。为验证这项新技术在生产中的可行性,经反复调整设备和优化工艺参数,在排除各种缺陷后,确保了运行的正常和产品的稳定。为完成新工艺全面而严格的验证,本文着重介绍硬化层性状检测、残余应力场测试以及弯曲、扭转疲劳试验等一系列试验。
Induction quench has been used in the process of strengthening crankshaft parts,but it is still a blank in the field of small diameter engine crankshaft. Considering the simplified production process,improving product quality and reducing manufacturing costs,Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co. Ltd has successfully applied induction quench instead of fillet rolling in the crankshaft strengthened process. In order to verify the feasibility of the new technology in production,repeated adjustment of equipment and optimization of process parameters after the elimination of a variety of defects have been conducted to ensure normal operation and product quality. In order to carry out a comprehensive and rigorous verification of the new process,this paper mainly introduces a series of tests on the detection of the hardened layer,the measurement of the residual stress field,and the bending and torsion fatigue tests.
