马克思主义妇女观视角下女大学生就业问题研究

Employment Problem of Female College Students in the Marxist View of Women

女大学就业问题日益成为社会关注的焦点,相比男生,她们面临的就业环境更加复杂,就业呈现出质量低、录用门槛和求职成本高、就业观念矛盾三大突出问题。以马克思主义妇女观为指导,从男女平等、社会分工和社会经济角度分析造成女大学生就业问题的原因,发现女大学生就业压力主要来自社会、家庭、学校和女大学生自身。解决女大学生就业问题需从四个方面努力:社会层面,应加快经济发展,完善女性就业保障制度;家庭层面,父母应树立男女平等意识、提高素质、给予孩子关怀;学校层面,要重视性别平等教育,适当发展女性教育;个人层面,应积极转变就业观念,努力提升综合素质。

The employment problem of female college students is becoming the focus of social concern. Compared to male students, girls＇ employment environment is more complicated. There are three primary problems in their employment： low quality, high threshhold and high cost of employment, and contradiction in employment concept. Based on the Marxist view of women, this paper analyzes the causes of female college students＇ employment problem from the perspective of gender equality, social division of labor and economy. The author believes that female college students＇ employment pressure mainly comes from society, family, school and female college students themselves. At the social level, we should speed up the economic development and im- prove the system of women＇ s employment protection. At the family level, parents should establish gender equality awareness and improve their own quality and to care more. At the school level, we should pay more at- tention to equal education and development of women＇ s education. At the individual level the female college students should positively change their concept and strive to improve their overall quality.
