新型城镇化进程中牧区进城女性现状分析及对策

Current Situation of Migrant Women from Pastoral Areas in the Process of New Urbanization

在实施新型城镇化、生态保护和牧区生产方式转变的大背景下,已经有大量的草原牧区女性进城务工或生活。她们的境遇,她们所面临的种种挑战、困惑、无奈、迷茫和迷失等应该引起我们的关注。解决牧区进城女性所面临的问题可以从以下几方面入手:支持和引导进城牧区妇女自主创业;开展各种技能培训,提高进城牧区女性的创业和就业能力;改进和提高牧区特产制作以及商品化水平;充分发挥"妇女之家"的作用,使其在进城牧区妇女创业、就业中真正发挥作用;各级妇联组织要开展一些针对性强的活动,增进妇女之间的学习、交流。

In the context of implementing new urbanization, ecological protection and transformation of production mode in pastoral communities, a large number of women have poured into city to work or live. The society should concern more about such women＇ s difficulties, frustrations, confusion and loss in the new environment. This paper focuses on the analysis of the present situation of this particular group and the problems they face, and puts forward some suggestions for solving these problems, such instructing them to start their own business, proving various trainings, getting out the potentials of ＂women＇ s family＂, and improving women＇ s cooperation and communication.
