不同流动经历农村已婚女性日常家务劳动时间比较及影响因素分析

Comparison of Housework Time of Married Rural Women with Different Migrant Experience and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查,利用多元线性回归分析方法对不同流动经历农村已婚女性的日常家务劳动时间进行比较研究的结果显示,与本人和配偶均无流动经历农村已婚女性相比,本人没有流动经历但配偶有流动经历者的日常家务劳动时间与之并没有显著差异,而本人有流动经历者则明显减少。进一步分析发现,导致不同流动经历农村已婚女性日常家务劳动时间差异的因素是多元化的,对不同群体而言,流动经历只是一种外在的、显性的因素,农村地区传统的性别角色观念和个人基本特征则是内在的、隐性的重要因素。

Based on the 3rd national survey on the status of Chinese Women in 2010, in this paper, multiple linear regression analysis method is used to compare the time that married rural women with different migrant experience spend on daily household chores. Compared with the time spent by married rural women whose husbands have no migrant experience either, there is no obvious difference with the time spent by home -re- maining women whose husbands have migrant experience, on the contrary, the time spent by women with mi- grant experience diminishes remarkably. After a further study about what causes this phenomenon, results show that factors leading to the difference are diversified. In terms of different groups, migrant experience is just an exterior and explicit factor, while conventional gender notion and personal characteristics are interior and implicit factors.
