摘要
社会分工影响了女性在家庭中的角色和地位,孕育子女是女性不可规避的责任和义务。全面二孩政策在给予女性再生育权利的同时,现今没有充分证据表明其因此遭受更多的就业歧视,女性就业中性别歧视与性别优待并存。辩证地看待全面二孩政策与女性的工作,积极营造平衡女性工作与生活的家庭发展政策尤为重要。
It can't be avoided that giving birth to children is the responsibility and obligation of females, which is determined by social division of labor. While there are no more evidences to prove that additional discriminations to females in employment were caused by the Universal Two - child Policy, gender discrimination and gender privileges are coexisting in women' s employment. Based on that, it is particularly important to view dialectically the relations between women' s career and the overall two - child policy, and make family development policy with respect to the balance between women' s work and family.
