摘要
采用三颈瓶和T型管设计了药物动力学单室模型模拟实验的教学仪器,改进原有仪器(双支管锥形瓶)的缺点,并用实际的实验数据验证改进仪器的可行性。结果表明改进仪器组装方便,价廉易得,由实验数据计算得出的药动学参数与理论值相符合,学生能够更直观地理解单室模型的原理,达到了良好的教学效果。
A modified instrument for the simulation experiment of one-compartment model of pharmacokinetics was designed by using three-neck round bottom flask and T-tube.The shortcomings of existing instrument(conical flask with two branches)was overcome and the feasibility of the modified instrument was verified by the actual experimental data.The results showed that the modified instrument had the advantages of convenient assembling,being cheap and easy to get.The pharmacokinetic parameters calculated with the experimental data were consistent with the theoretical values.Students can understand the principle of one-compartment model more intuitively,and a good teaching effect has been obtained.
