不同提取方式对藿香正气方中5种有效成分提取率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较醇提与水提、单煎与合煎对藿香正气方中欧前胡素、橙皮苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和苍术素5种有效成分提取率的影响,从而验证藿香正气制备提取工艺合理性。方法:以70%乙醇和水为提取溶剂,对藿香正气中白芷、陈皮、厚朴和苍术4味药材分别单煎和合煎,然后采用UPLC-PDA法测定上述药材提取物中欧前胡素、橙皮苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和苍术素共5种主要有效成分的含量,比较不同提取方式的提取率。结果:1提取溶剂的影响:仅合煎组的橙皮苷提取率不受溶剂影响,其他待测物的提取率均为70%醇提组>水提组。2单煎与合煎的影响:70%乙醇提取时,欧前胡素的提取率无明显差异,其他待测物的提取率均为合煎组>单煎组;水提取时,欧前胡素的提取率无明显差异,橙皮苷的提取率显示:合煎组>单煎组,其他待测物的提取率为合煎组<单煎组。结论:对于藿香正气方中白芷、陈皮、厚朴和苍术4味药材,以70%乙醇提取且4味药材合煎的提取方式最优,验证了藿香正气制剂提取制备工艺的合理性。 Objective:To verify the rationality for the extraction process of HXZQ preparation in the China pharmacopeia by comparing the differences in extraction rates from various extraction processes for Huoxiangzhengqi preparations.Methods:70% of ethyl alcohol or distilled water being used as extraction solvents,imperatorin,hesperidin,magnolol,honokiol and atractyldtylodin were,by mono-decocting(MD)and co-decocting(CD)methods,extracted from Angelica dahurica,Citrus reticulate,Magnolia officinalis and Atractylodes chinensis,respectively and the extraction rates(ER)of the four compounds were determined by UPLC.Results:The ER of imperatorin,magnolol,honokiol and atractyldtylodin in 70%ethyl alcohol were significantly higher than those in the distilled water except for hesperidin which had no obvious difference between solvents.The ERs of main contents in CD were obviously higher than those in MD when 70%ethyl alcohol used as a solvent except for imperatorin,the ER of which was not affected by the solvents.For distilled water,there was no obvious difference between MD and CD in the ER of imperatorin,but the ERs of magnolol and honokiol were greater by MD than by CD,whereas the ER of hesperidin was lower by MD than byCD.Conclusion:Optimum conditions were con-decocting with 70% ethyl alcohol,HXZQ extraction and preparation process in China Pharmacopeia is rational.
