复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

Effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy on advanced non small cell Lung cancer in elderly patients

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年5月—2015年3月间在本院进行治疗的76例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分成两组各38例,均给予相同的化疗治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用复方苦参注射液。静脉滴注复方苦参注射液(山西振东制药股份有限公司,国药准字Z14021231)20ml混合氯化钠注射液250ml,1次/d,每14d为1个周期。两组患者均进行4周期的治疗。观察两组治疗效果、不良反应等相关指标。结果:两组患者在治疗效果方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在治疗不良反应方面观察组优于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗效果保持良好,不良反应明显少,疾病控制佳,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：Seventy-six elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were collected in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups（thirty eight in each group）.Both two groups were given the same chemotherapy regimen,while compound matrine injection was added to the observation group.The clinical effects including therapeutic outcome,adverse drug reactions and some related indicators were observed and tested.Results：No statistical significant difference was found in therapeutic effects between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Howerver,fewer adverse drug reactions in the observed group was observed than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer is effective,and has less adverse reactions.It is worth promoting in clinical application.
