自动化药房系统在天津市儿童医院门诊药房应用的实践与体会

Application of automatic pharmacy system in outpatient pharmacy of tianjin children hospital

目的:对自动化药房系统在门诊药房中应用现状进行评估。方法:采用批量上药、快速出药、智能发药、智能药柜及智能片剂拆零机等设备对本院门诊药房进行自动化智能改造,结合实际工作,对自动化药房系统的使用情况及出现的问题进行分析、归纳和总结,完善自动化药房系统。结果:门诊药房自动化改善了药房环境,优化了药品管理和窗口分配,提高了工作效率,减少了调配差错,保障了患儿用药安全,但也存在药品破损、药品包装匹配和机械故障等问题。结论:本院门诊药房自动化建设的模式可行,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective：To evaluate the application of automatic pharmacy system in outpatient pharmacy.Methods：Automatic pharmacy system（APS）included a rapid delivery system,an intelligent storage system,a massive drug supplement system and a smart drug dispensing system.With the running of APS,we tried to find out the problems that could hinder the work efficiency and to solve them to optimize the working conditions for APS.Results：The application of automatic pharmacy system could reduce manual labor intensity and dispensing errors,increasing work efficiency and improving pharmacy environment and drug management.Conclusions：Automatic pharmacy system in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital is worth applying and popularizing.
