从“网格化”到“互联网+”:社区管理与服务模式的重构——以海宁市西山社区为例

From “Grid-Based” to Internet+:The Mode Reconstruction Research on Community Management and Service——Taking Xishan Community of Haining as an Example

传统的网格化社区管理模式正面临着社区缺乏共同体意识、管理过程碎片化和多元主体合作治理的基础缺失等多重困境。"互联网+"时代社区管理与服务模式应完成从行政型社区向社区共同体的转变、从分散化管理向整体性管理的转变、从单一模式向多元合作的转变。海宁西山社区借助"互联网+"技术,在社区信息服务、社区党员管理、社区服务体系与虚拟社区平台建设、社区志愿服务等方面对社区管理与服务模式进行了改进。应以全面统筹、共建共享、健全机制为对策,加快从"网格化"向"互联网+"社区管理与服务模式的重构。

The traditional grid--based community management mode is facing various difficulties like the fragmentation of the management process, and the lack of community sense and joint management by different subjects. The management and service modes should turn from the modes of administrative region-based communities into communities union, from separate management mode into integrated management one and from the simple mode into the mode characteristic of joint cooperation. In the support of ＂Internet＋＂ technology, Xishan Community of Haining makes innovation in communities＂ information service, CPC members management, construction of service systems and virtual community platforms and volunteer service. Joint efforts should be made to perfect relevant systems to accelerate the reconstruction of the management and service modes of ＂Internet＋＂ -based communities.
