应用型人才培养校企互融模式探究——以商务英语专业为例

Research on Application-Oriented Talents Cultivation Based on University-Enterprise Integration——A Case Study of Business English Major

针对应用型人才培养模式不适应社会需求的现状,以商务英语专业为例,提出了通过校企互融模式,重建课程体系、引进企业导师、建立以就业为导向的评价机制等多种途径加大应用型人才的培养力度,完善人才培养模式,从而提高学生的就业率,为企业输送高素质的新生力量,促进校企合作共赢,推进中国高等教育供给侧结构性改革。

Currently the cultivation mode of application-oriented talents does not adapt to social demands. Taking talents cultivation mode of business English Major for example, we can intensify cultivation of applicationoriented talents by rebuilding the curriculum system, introducing enterprise tutors, establishing university- enterprise integration mechanism and employment--oriented evaluation mechanism, promote win-win cooperation between universities and enterprises and advance supply-side reform of China＇s higher education.
