随着我国自媒体时代的到来,自媒体的平台迅速发展吸引了无数大学生的青睐,但是过度自由的自媒体平台上传播的不良信息也给我国高校大学生带来了许多消极的影响。高校辅导员作为学生的思想政治教育者,其辅导员工作在自媒体时代也受到了一些挑战。为了适应自媒体时代的潮流,促进大学生的学生管理工作,这就要求高校辅导员对其辅导员工作进行改革与创新。

With the development of our country and the arrival of the media age, the media platform for rapid development has attracted many students of all ages, but spread of bad information from the media platform brings many negative effects to our college students. The work of the college counselor for students＇ ideological and politieal education has been challenged a lot. In order to adapt to the trend of the times from the media, handle the management of students, the work of counselors should have reform and innovatlon.
