基于SWOT分析的高职应用型人才继续教育培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Model of Continuing Education of the Higher Vocational Practical Talents Cultivation Based on the SWOT

继续教育培养模式是惠及学校、企业(用人单位)、学员、社会多方的,并有利于培养高质量高素质应用型人才的教育模式。在经济转型及产业结构调整、优化、升级的新形势面前,高职院校与用人单位合作走人才继续教育培养之路,是顺应市场、适应发展的战略性举措。本文运用SWOT分析法对该模式的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与挑战进行了系统分析,并因此提出应用型人才继续教育培养模式的有效策略,试图为应用型人才培养提供有意义的参考建议。

the continuing education training mode is to benefit the school, enterprises, employee, social parties, and to euhivate high quality applied talents of high quality education model. In the economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment and optimization, it is strategic road to adjust to the market and the development by the way of the continuing education training. This thesis has a systematic analysis on the interior and exterior advantages and disadvantages by using SWOT analysis method and thus put forward the effective strategies of cultivating applied talents education, trying to provide meaningful advice for applied talents cultivation.
