《大学英语课程教学要求》各高校应充分利用现代信息技术,采用网络技术支撑的英语教学模式,培养学生基于计算机的英语学习能力。在大学英语写作教学中,教师利用"互联网+"结合多模态教学模式,积极改变教学理念,创新教学方式、方法,创建多模态的信息传授与获取的方式,培养学生自主学习能力和合作学习的习惯,让写作学习常态化、融于生活,最终有效提高学生写作能力。

College English Curriculum Requirements makes it clear that colleges and universities should make full use of modern information technology as well as network technology to support the English teaching model and develop students＇ English learning ability which is based on computer. In the writing teaching of college English, teachers, with changing actively teaching ideas, creating a new way of information transmission and acquisition as well as cultivating students＇ autonomous learning ability and cooperative learning habit to make writing study normalization and integrate into life, take advantage of ＂internet＋＂ combined with muhi-modality teaching mode to improve students＇ writing ability.
