摘要
国内石化设备监理主要以设备制造阶段的监理为主,如何转变服务方式,提高设备监理服务水平,促进设备规范监造,是值得研究的方向。本文结合石化设备监造实践,借鉴项目管理的运行模式,从质量和进度角度论述了监理服务综合管控的方法和措施,为设备监理实践提供必要的借鉴。
Plant engineering consulting service for petrochemical equipment in China mainly focuses on manufacturing supervision. It is necessary to study how to transform the mode of service to improve the quality of service and promote standardized manufacturing supervision. By referring to the work experience and the mode of project management, this paper discusses the methods and measures for comprehensive control of supervision services from the viewpoint of quality and progress.
