摘要 吉林梦溪设备监理公司受神华宁煤建设业主委托,对神华宁煤400万t/年煤炭间接液化项目部分采购物资进行监造。监理过程中,监造工程师发现某管件制造厂违规使用过期焊材,随即要求停工整改。因业主交货期紧迫,工程急需产品交付到场,制造方与委托方催交部门均不认可监理停工要求。为此,监理通过大量收集证据,综合分析隐患危害,与业主深入沟通,最终协调了各方意见,一致同意停工整改处理,有效保障了工程用物资质量。 During the equipment purchase supervision for Shenhua Ningxia 4 million tons/ year indirect coal liquefaction project, the manufacturing supervisors from Jilin MengXi Engineering Management Co. Ltd, found out that expired welding material was used by a pipe fittings factory. Correction upon suspension would clash with the tight delivery time. Neither the client nor the manufacturer accepted work suspension raised by the supervising engineers. The supervisors then collected substantial evidence and analyzed the hidden dangers to the owner. Through thorough discussions and coordination among all sides, the suspension for correction request was accepted at last. Thus the quality of the equipment and materials are guaranteed.
