远程教育教师教学发展现状调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 教师的教学发展是远程教育教师发展的核心内容,也是远程教育质量建设的重要保证。对远程教育教师的基本信息、职业认同感、教学态度、教学投入、教学知识、教学行为、教学提升、学校的保障制度等方面进行调查发现,远程教育教师对教师职业具有较高满意度、大部分教师喜欢自己从事的教学工作、能正确认识教学与科研的关系;教师的教学工作强度一般,但不同教龄和职称的教师工作量存在差别;远程教育教师学历较高,但知识结构失衡;教学方式比较单一,能经常反思,但深度不够;教学交流欠缺,制度不畅。提高教师的教学水平,促进教师的教学发展需要在观念层面上,树立教学学术的理念;在制度层面上,建立教师培养和评价制度;在组织层面上,建立健全教师发展中心;在方法层面上,创新教师交流和培训形式等。 Teaching development is the key to a teacher’s development in distance education,and helps guarantee the teaching effect.The present study polls a polytechnics to give insights to teaching development in distance education in multiple aspects like teachers’demographic information,professional awareness,attitude,teaching investment,knowledge,behavior,improvement,and logistic.Findings reveal that:(1)most teachers are fairly satisfied with their job;(2)most of them like their teaching;(3)they understand that research is highly related to their teaching;(4)their workload is not very heavy, though there are differences between teachers of different ages and academic titles;(5)most of the teachers possess higher diplomas,but their knowledge structure is not well-constructed;(6)their teaching methodology is short of diversities;and they are used to reflecting frequently but not in-depth;(7)teaching interaction is scarce,and not mechanism is available.The present study proposes strategies to enhance the teaching development in distance education.Firstly,ideologically,teaching academic shall be erected.Secondly,development and assessment system shall be built up.Thirdly,teachers’development center shall be established.Fourthly and finally,communication between teachers and training approaches shall be innovated.
