对自媒体时代确保“总体国家安全观”中文化安全的若干思考

Thinking on Protecting Cultural Security in We-Media Age from Perspective of Overall National Security

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,高度重视国家安全,在推动改革开放和现代化建设进程中坚持把国家主权和国家安全放在第一位,始终作为头等大事对待。习总书记提出"总体国家安全观"这一全新概念,其要义就是从中国的特殊国情出发,将包括文化安全在内的政治、经济、军事等各领域安全纳入到一个有机的整体中来统筹考量和把握,而文化安全则是"走出一条中国特色国家安全道路"的重要保障。本文拟对自媒体时代确保文化安全这一问题谈几点粗浅认识。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC,the party central committee led by the general secretary Xi Jinping always attaches great importance to national security.While promoting reform and open-up and modernization,the party never neglects state sovereignty and national security,and puts them as a top priority.Xi conceptualizes Overall National Security View,which is constructed on the basis of Chinese specific national situations,and covers areas including culture,politics,economics,military.The cultural security,as one of the important components will play an important role in approaching the national security in a distinct Chinese way.This article discusses some of the author’s understanding of ensuring cultural security in We-media age.
