元坝气田酸化暂堵剂研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 为解决元坝气田长井段非均质储层酸化难题,采用暂堵分流酸化工艺,研制了可降解纤维和碳酸钙颗粒两种暂堵剂来匹配酸化工艺的实施。通过室内评价表明,暂堵剂分散性、携带性较好,使用不同浓度可满足不同缝宽的暂堵要求。纤维暂堵剂在酸性、高温环境下能快速降解,达到零残留目标,复合暂堵剂在残酸中能短时间内解除堵塞,保证渗流通道的畅通。两种暂堵剂在元坝气田应用20多口井,暂堵有效率大于70%,增产有效率100%,实现了超深层水平井的有效改造。 In order to solve the acidification problem of heterogeneous reservoir of long well section in Yuanba gas field, temporary plugging diversion acidizing technology is adopted, in addition, this paper develops two plugging agents of degradable fiber and cal- cium carbonate particles to match acid technology. Laboratory evaluation shows that, temporary plugging agent has good dispersity and portability, and different concentration can meet different plugging requirements of fracture width. Fiber temporary plugging agent can quickly degrade in acid and high temperature environment and has no residues. Complex temporary plugging agent can remove plugging quickly in reacted acid and ensure the flow channel open. These two temporary plugging agents are applied in more than 20 wells in Yuanba gas field, and the application shows that the temporary plugging efficiency is greater than 70 % and the stimulation efficiency is 100 %, thereby realizing the effective transformation of ultra deep horizontal wells.
