摘要
中国城镇经历了二十多年的快速发展,住区建设形成了一定的范式,即封闭式门禁小区模式,然而大型社区缺乏街道生活,与相邻的老旧街区被围墙或道路强行分割,交通拥堵等一系列问题也越发凸显,与现代人的生活需求相悖。另外,一些九十年代初建设的老旧街区多数位于城市中心位置,但面临着立面形象老化,管理松散,交通混乱,空间功能滞后于现代生活等问题。如何使得新建封闭社区的开放与老旧商业街的更新协调统一起来,是本文主要探讨的问题。
Chinese city has experienced more than 20 years of rapid development, a certain paradigm formed from the construction of residential, namely closed cell access mode, however a series of problems has become more serious ,such as large communities lack of street life, being forced separation of adjacent old blocks by walls or roads, produce conflict with the modern man's living demand. In addition, some old blocks built in the early 90s are located in the downtown, but faced with some problems like face fading of the image, loosing management, traffic chaos, space function lagging behind the modern life. How to unify the opening of newly built closed residential community and the renovation of the old commercial street is the main problem of this paper.
