摘要
用20%的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,蒸馏水处理作对照,胁迫处理5 d后,测定各材料的根长和发芽指数的耐旱系数,用以评价不同来源的甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)种质资源材料的耐旱性。为探究种子品质性状与种子萌发期耐旱性的关系,将所测耐旱性指标与种子品质测试结果进行相关分析。结果表明,93份双低材料平均根长耐旱系数为0.53,平均发芽指数耐旱系数为0.93,两指标变异范围均较大,表明该批油菜品系耐旱性具有丰富的遗传差异,其中26份材料具有较强的耐旱性,可以作为耐旱性材料加以利用。相关分析结果表明,发芽指数耐旱系数与所测品质性状关系不显著,仅与根长耐旱系数呈极显著正相关。根长耐旱系数与硬脂酸和二十碳烯酸含量呈显著负相关,与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关,与含油率和硫代葡萄糖苷含量呈显著正相关。因此初步推测在双低油菜抗旱品系的选育过程中,应注重低硬脂酸、低二十碳烯酸、低蛋白质和高油材料的选育。
To evaluated the drought resistance of the rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) lines,the root length,shoot length and germination index of rapeseed were determined after 5 days under drought stress simulated by 20% PEG-6000,while taking distilled water treatments as control. The relationship between seed quality traits and seed germination drought resistance indexes was analyzed. The results showed that the average drought-resistant coefficient of root length was 0.53 and the average germination index was 0.93 of the 93 rapeseed lines,and variation ranges of these two indexes were large,which indicated that the drought tolerance of the 93 rapeseed lines were rich in genetic differences. 2 6 materials with strong drought resistance were selected,and could be used as drought tolerant materials. Correlation analysis results showed that the correlations between germination index and each of quality traits were not significant,but the correlations between germination index and the drought resistance coefficient of root length was positive significant at level P 0.01. The drought resistance coefficient of root length were negatively correlated with C180 and C201(P0.05), extremely negatively correlated with protein(P0.01),and positively correlated with fat and glucosinolate(P0.05). Therefore,we preliminarily infer that,in the process of drought resistance with double low rapeseed breeding,we should pay attention to select materials with low C180, low C201,low protein and high oil.
