土壤调理剂对植烟土壤微生物群落的影响 被引量:5

摘要 考察了生物质炭作为土壤调理剂对植烟土壤微生物群落的影响。结果表明,在烤烟生长的各个时期,添加调理剂处理的土壤可培养微生物数量均比未添加调理剂的对照处理高。宏基因组分析表明,添加土壤调理剂处理的微生物群落多样性高于对照,且青枯病发病率和病情指数比对照降低了27.6%和34.6%。由此可知,植烟土壤中添加土壤调理剂可以改善土壤微生态环境,提高土壤微生物群落多样性,维护土壤微生物平衡,从而降低土传病害的发生。 The effects of biomass carbon as a soil conditioner on the microbial community were studied. The results showed that, in all the growth period of tobacco, the quantity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil that was added to soil con- ditioner was higher than control. The results of genetic testing indicated that the diversity of microbial community of using soil conditioner was also higher than control, and the morbidity of tobacco bacterial wilt and disease index was decreased 27.6% and 34.6% respectively compared with control. In clued, the soil conditioner could reduce the soil-borne disease by improv- ing the micro-ecological environment and the diversity of microbial community in rhizosphere soil to maintain the soil balance.
