摘要
对国内新近育成的17个烤烟新品种(系)的18个农艺、经济和化学品质性状进行了调查分析,采用主成分分析方法对参试品种(系)进行综合评价。以性状的累积方差贡献率达到86.236%为标准,确定了5个反映烤烟产质量的主成分,并通过计算参试品种(系)的重要主成分值,对新引进品种进行比较筛选。结果表明,金80530、贵烟2号、云烟110、CF223、金80439等品种(系)分值较高,其结果与品种的实际表现一致,表明可以用主成分分析法对烤烟品种的性状进行综合评价,为优良品种筛选提供依据。
Eighteen indices related to agronomic characteristics, economic characteristics and chemical quality characteristics of seventeen new bred flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines) in recent years were measured. A comprehensive assessment was done to these 17 varieties(lines) by using principal components analysis. By comparing with the cumulative variance proportion of the traits at 86.236%, five principal components reflecting the yield and quality of the flue-cured tobacco were confirmed. The value of the major principal components of the given varieties(lines) were calculated to compare and select the good varieties. The results showed that the value of the major principal components of Jin80530, Gunyan No.2, Yunyan110,CF223, Jin80439 were higher, corresponding to their actual phenotypes. So it was suggested that the principal component analysis could be used to the comprehensive assessment of the traits of the flue-cured tobacco varieties, which would provide a basis for selecting the improved tobaccos varieties.
