摘要
建立了检测水基胶中甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的液相色谱法。样品采用甲醇涡旋振荡5 min,采用Agilent C18色谱柱分离,用甲醇-水(体积比25∶75,流速1 m L/min)混合液洗脱,二极管阵列检测器在276 nm波长处检测。结果显示,方法 R2为0.999 9,甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物平均加标回收率分别为93.1%和92.1%,日间相对标准偏差(RSD)都为0.5%。该法前处理简单,回收率高,精密度好,适用于水基胶中甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的测定。
A LC method was established for the determination of methylisothiazolinone and chloro-methylisothiazolinone in wa- ter-based adhesives. The sample was extracted by methanol, with vortex oscillations for 5 min, then was separated on Agilent C18 column and eluted by methanol-water solution (25:75,V/V) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, and then analyzed by LC-DAD in 276 nm. Results showed that R2 was 0.999 9. The average recoveries were 93.1% for MI and 92.1% for CMI, and the in- ter-day RSD were both 0.5%. The method is simple, precise and has high recoveries, which could be available for the de- tection of methylisothiazolinone and chloro-methylisothiazolinone in water-based adhesives.
