摘要
电机绝缘尤其是绕组端部绝缘在运行中,受到振动、电磁力、高温等因素作用遭到振动磨损、电晕腐蚀及绝缘热老化,使绝缘出现脱壳、分层、烧灼、磨损和绝缘强度降低等现象,最终造成绝缘击穿故障。分析失效原因并提出对应修复方法,通过相关试验验证此方法的有效性及可行性。
Electrical insulation especially winding end insulation in operation by vibration,electromagnetic force,high temperature and other factors were vibration wear,corona corrosion and thermal aging,the insulation shell,delamination,burning,abrasion and insulation strength decrease,resulting in insulation breakdown fault.This paper analyzes the failures and raises some countermeasures.
