辽河石化公司作为中国石油下属炼化企业,积极适应新常态下形势发展,敢于创新,锐意改革,通过统筹目标、人本、制度、文化和民主的"五维联动管理",有效提升了管理层次,推进了结构改革,保障了企业稳健可持续发展。就"五维联动管理"进行了论述。
The Pelrochemical Industries Co as China oil refining enterprises subordinate actively adapts to the development of the new normal situation, as a positive, innovation, reform, through the overall goal, humanism, democracy and culture system, the "five linkage management", effectively enhance the management level to promote structural reform, guarantee the sustainable development of enterprise.This paper indicates the "five linkage" management.
