摘要
气田注醇泵房的一般通风形式为外墙下部安装百叶风口自然进风,屋面安装防爆屋顶风机机械排风,但是使用单位反映注醇泵房内气味较重。因此,在气田注醇泵房通风设计的基础上,对甲醇污泥脱水工房通风系统进行了分层通风、工艺设备加装通风设施、改自然进风为机械进风、增加有组织的自然通风系统4个方面的设计改进。对通风系统设计阶段的通风效果进行了模拟论证及评价,结果表明可使室内空气品质保持良好。该通风系统可在与甲醇气体性质相关的厂房通风设计中推广应用,工艺设备加装通风设施的设计思路可以在以后的通风设计中借鉴。
The general ventilation form of the gas field alcohol injection pump room is natural air inlet by installing shutter tuyere on outer wall and installing anti-explosion roof ventilator to exhaust air.Based on the ventilation design of gas field alcohol injection pump room, methanol sludge dewatering workshop ventilation system has been reformed. Four aspects of the reformation: layered ventilation mode, installed ventilation system for processing equipment, machinery ventilation replaced natural ventilation, and added systematic natural ventilation system are discussed. What's more, a simulation demonstration and evaluation has been processed to the effect of ventilation system of the methanol sludge dewatering workshop. This ventilation system can keep the indoor air quality favorable, and could be widespreadly used in the workshop ventilation system which is similar to alcohol injection pump room.And installing ventilation system for processing equipment could be drawn on in other ventilation design.
