基于模糊层次分析法的零售业供应链协同绩效评价研究

Study on Performance Evaluation of Retail Industry Supply Chain Collaboration Based on Fuzzy AHP

考虑供应链的实际情况,基于平衡记分卡,从业务协同指标、客户服务能力、财务指标、抗风险能力、未来发展潜力五个方面建立了指标体系,并将环保能力加入未来发展潜力指标中进行考核。以某大型连锁超市为例,采用模糊层次分析法构建绩效评价模型,对该超市所处的供应链进行协同绩效评价;最后,分析该超市的绩效综合评价结果,并针对该超市协同管理中存在的问题提出合理化建议。

In this paper, in the case of a certain chain supermarket and considering its practical supply chain situation, we established an index system for the supermarket based on the balanced scorecard which consisted of the five aspects of business collaboration, customer service capacity, finance, risk resistance and development potential, and included the environment protection capacity as a development potential index, established the fuzzy AHP performance evaluation model, and at the end, analyzed the comprehensive performance evaluation of the supermarket before providing some effective suggestions as to the issues existing in the collaborative management system of the supermarket.
