摘要
针对某整车厂零部件配送中心布局不合理的现象,运用SLP方法,重新对配送中心进行了功能分区的划分。从配送中心基本运作流程的特点出发,分析了各作业单位之间的物流与非物流关系,得到了作业单位综合相互关系。运用关系表法绘制出了位置相关图,并在综合考虑各种修正因素和限制条件的基础上,设计出了该配送中心总平面布局优化方案,提高了作业效率,减少了物流成本,增强了配送中心对混流生产模式的响应能力。
In this paper, in view of the existing issues with the layout of the automobile spare parts distribution center and using the SLP, we rearranged the functional zones of the distribution center. Starting with the characteristics of the basic processes of the distribution center, we analyzed the logistics and non-logistics relations between the various operating units and arrived at the comprehensive interactive relationship between the units. Then using the correlation chart, we drew the relevant position diagram and then after comprehensively considering the various modifying factors and constraints, designed the general plan optimization solution of the distribution center.
