Collaborative Optimization of Inventory and Transportation of Military Vehicle Fleets

摘要 以一个供应商与一个军用物资采购中心组成的二级供应链为研究对象,综合考虑运输能力和批发价格折扣的基础上,分别建立了分散决策下军方主导、供应商主导和集中决策下库存与运输协同优化的决策收益模型,通过实例验证比较得出了不同决策模式下最优策略和系统绩效的关系。 In this paper, with a two-echelon supply chain composed by a supplier and a military material sourcing center as the subject and after considering comprehensively the transportation capacity and wholesale price discount, we built the decision benefit model in the collaborative optimization of inventory and transportation respectively dominated by the military, the supplier and under the centralized decision-making system and next, through an empirical case, arrived at the optimal strategy for each decision-making mode and the relationship between system performance.
