青霉素联合注射用丹参对家兔肺炎治疗效果研究

Research on Penicillin Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in the Treatment of Rabbit Pneumonia

目的:探讨青霉素联合注射用丹参对家兔肺炎治疗效果的影响。方法:采用肺炎双球菌感染造模,随机分为模型组、青霉素钠组、青霉素钠与丹参联用组、丹参组,以体温、血常规、抗炎因子以及家兔肺炎治愈情况为观察指标进行比较。结果:青霉素联合注射用丹参组治疗效果最好,造模后,该组的体温、血常规各项恢复最快,家兔肺炎治愈所用时间最短。结论:注射用丹参能够提高青霉素对家兔肺炎的治疗效果。

Objective：Explore the penicillin combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in the treatment of rabbit pneumonia. Methods：The rabbits is building with pneumococcal infection,and randomly divided into model group,penicillin group,penicillin sodium with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection group,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection group. The body temperature,blood routine,anti-inflammatory factor and rabbit pneumonia cure condition were compared as observation indexes. Results：Treatment effect of penicillin sodium with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection group was best. After modeling,body temperature,blood routine and other observation indexes recover fastest,this group was cured with the shortest time. Conclusion：Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection can improve the therapeutic effect of penicillin on rabbit pneumonia.
