银翘散主要药物对IV肺炎小鼠Fas、FasL表达影响

Influence of Main Drug Extracts from Yinqiao Powder on IV Infection Pneumonia in Mice Lung Tissue of Fas and FasL Protein

采用鼻腔接种甲型流感病毒FM1株诱导幼龄昆明种小鼠肺炎,将银翘散主要药物金银花、连翘及牛蒡子配伍提取物灌胃给药,应用免疫组化方法,检测各组小鼠给药后肺组织Fas、Fas L蛋白表达情况,初步探讨银翘散主要药物对肺组织细胞凋亡信号转导通路的调控机制。

Using influenza A virus FM1 strain nasal inoculate young Kunming mice to induced pneumonia,using the main drug extract of Yinqiao Powder which Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Forsythia and Fructus Arctii feeding the mice,testing every group of mice Fas,Fas L protein expression in lung tissue by immunohistochemical method,preliminary studying the regulatory mechanism that the main drug extract of Yinqiao Powder on lung tissue cell apoptosis signal transduction pathways.
