草豆蔻化学成分和药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents of Alpinia Katsumadai Hayata and Their Pharmacological Activities

草豆蔻(Alpinia katsumadai Hayata)为姜科山姜属中药,其化学成分主要为挥发油类、黄酮类、二苯庚烷类,尚有萜类、多糖等成分。具有保护胃黏膜、抗胃溃疡、促胃肠动力、止呕、抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等药理作用。研究近年国内外文献,综述化学成分和药理作用,为草豆蔻的深入研究提供参考。

Alpinia katsumadai Hayata（AKH）has been widely used,with the founction of dampness line gas,temperature and the vomiting effect. AKH,containing volatile oils,flavonoids,diphenyl heptane,erpenes,polysaccharides and other ingredients,we summarize the chemical compositions and pharmacological actions,in hopes of offering more clues for further research of AKH. But research on the efficacy of the material basis of AKH is still needed. The definition of the mechanism and the active constituent remain as the primary tasks of the exploration of AKH.
