摘要
目的:观察眼针对视网膜静脉阻塞兔NF-κB变化并分析机理。方法:取30只4月大的青紫蓝兔随机分为5组,每组6只选取右眼为实验眼,光化学法造模BRVO兔,取空白组、模型组、治疗组,分别予眼针、中药、眼针+中药治疗,连续7 d,摘取眼球,分离视网膜,Western blot法测NF-κB p-p65。结果:空白组动物视网膜中极少量NF-κB p-p65表达,模型组兔视网膜组织NF-κB p-p65含量明显升高,与空白组有显著差异(P<0.01),眼针组及中药组较模型组比较p-p65含量明显减少,有统计学意义(P<0.05),眼针+中药组p-p65含量明显减少,与眼针组及中药组相比较有统计学意义。结论:眼针能下调视网膜分支静脉阻塞兔NF-κB p-p65的表达并阻断其传导通路,联合中药效果更佳。
Objective:To observe the changes of NF-κB in rabbit eyes with retinal vein occlusion and analyze the mechanism. Methods:30 pigmented rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups in April,6 rats in each group,choose the right eye as the experimental eye,BRVO rabbits were made by photochemical method,taking the blank group,model group,treatment group,respectively,to the eye acupuncture,Chinese medicine,eye acupuncture + Chinese medicine treatment,7 consecutive days,picked the eyehall,isolated retina,Western blot method determined NF-κB p-p65. Results:The expression of p-p65 NF-κB in the retina of the blank group was very small,the contents of p-p65 NF-κB in the model group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the model group and the blank group(P〈0.01),compared with model group,the content of p-p65 in eye acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly decreased,and there was statistical significance(P〈0.05),the content of p-p65 in the eye acupuncture +Chinese medicine group was significantly decreased,compared with that of the eye acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion:Eye acupuncture can cut the expression of p-p65 NF-κB in rabbits with branch retinal vein occlusion and block its conduction path,combined with traditional Chinese medicine effect is better.
