针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症取穴规律

Regularity of Acupoints Selection for Anovulatory Infertility

目的:探讨现代文献针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的取穴规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库1998年12月—2016年6月国内有关针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床文献。在检索结果中筛选并记录各腧穴的应用频次,对腧穴的十四经分布、所属部位、特定穴应用情况等进行统计描述。探讨针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床常用、少用腧穴及其归经、分部规律。结果:纳入文献91篇,涉及的穴位共有59个,腧穴涉及11条经脉,使用穴位数较多的经脉主要有足太阳膀胱经、任脉等。其中特定穴42个,占71.19%;分部选穴是以下肢部远端选穴和下腹部、腰背部的局部选穴为主。结论:现代针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的常用穴位主要有三阴交、关元、中极、子宫等,选穴部位主要集中在下腹部、腰背部和下肢部。

Objective：To research the modern acupoint rules for anovulatory infertility. Methods：The articles on anovulatory infertility from December 1998 to June 2016 were searched in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Date. The frequencies of acupoint application,there distribution on the fourteen meridians,locations and specific points were recorded. Results：Totally 91 papers were searched and 59 acupoints were involved,the acupoints used involving in 11 meridians. Those of the bladder meridians of foot-Taiyang and Ren channel were most frequently used. Specific points were 42 among them,accounted for 71.19%;the frequently used acupoints mainly distributed in the lower limbs,lhypogastrium and lumbar back. Conclusion：The commonly used acupoints for anovulatory infertility were Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Zigong and so on,those acupoints mainly distribute in the lower limbs,lhypogastrium and lumbar back.
