桑珠滋阴口服液对干燥综合征患者血清Th17/Treg及免疫功能影响研究

Impact of Sangzhu Ziyin Oral Liquid Decoction on Serum Th17/Treg and Immune Function in Patients with Sjogren Syndrome

目的:探讨桑珠滋阴口服液对干燥综合征患者血清Th17/Treg及免疫功能影响研究。方法:选取本院2014年6月—2015年6月在本院诊断为干燥综合征的患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片200 mg,2次/d;观察组在对照组基础上服用桑珠滋阴口服液,比较两组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M含量,Treg细胞检测和Th17细胞检测及疗效。结果:治疗前,两组Th17细胞、Treg细胞、Th17/Treg细胞无明显差异,治疗后,观察组Th17细胞、Treg细胞、Th17/Treg细胞为1.27%±0.28%、7.10%±1.02%、0.19%±0.04%;对照组Th17细胞、Treg细胞、Th17/Treg细胞为1.48%±0.36%、6.49%±1.15%、0.21%±0.08%;两组Treg细胞升高,Th17细胞及Th17/Treg降低,且观察组更明显,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前Ig A、Ig G、Ig M含量无明显差异,治疗后,观察组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M分别为(1.68±0.28)、(15.10±1.02)、(3.77±0.22)g/L,对照组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M分别为(1.27±0.36)、(14.49±1.15)、(5.14±0.22)g/L,对照组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M未见明显改善,而观察组Ig A与Ig G水平更高,Ig M水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于对照组,观察组与对照组的有效率分别为90%和70%,差异有统计学意义。结论:桑珠滋阴口服液可以调整干燥综合征患者血清Th17/Treg失衡状态,改善免疫功能,值得临床应用。

Objective：To investigate the impact of Sangzhu Ziyin Oral Liquid Decoction on drying syndrome serum Th17/Treg and immune function in patients with Sjogren syndrome. Methods：60 cases of Sjogren syndrome patients were selected in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015,using random number table were divided into observation group and control group,control group of patients with oral sulfate hydroxychloroquine tablets 200 mg,2 times/day;observation group in the control group based on the use of Sangzhu Ziyin Oral Liquid,compared two groups of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,Treg cells were detected and Th17 cell detection and therapy. Results：Before treatment,two groups of Th17 cells,Treg cells and Th17/Treg cells had no significant difference,after treatment,the observation group of Th17 cells,Treg cells and Th17/Treg cells（1.27%±0.28%）,（7.10%±1.02%）,（0.19%±0.04%）;control group Th17 cells,Treg cells and Th17/Treg cells（1.48%±0.36%）,（6.49%±1.15%）,（0.21%±0.08%）;Treg two cell group increased,Th17 cells and Th17/Treg decreased,and the observation group was more obvious,significant differences,with statistical significance,P〈0.05,Ig G,Ig M;Ig A showed no significant difference,two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group,Ig A,Ig G and Ig M were（1.68±0.28）,（15.10±1.02）,（3.77±0.22）g/L,control group Ig A,Ig G and Ig M respectively（1.27±0.36）,（14.49±1.15）,（5.14±0.22）g/L,control group Ig A,Ig G,Ig M were significantly improved,and the concept of observation group of Ig A and Ig G levels were higher and lower levels of Ig M,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）;in the observation group,
